The Leviathan Dips His Wing

The shit scream has rung through the gates of the White House and the people of the United States have felt its echo, soon, the campaign will begin. Both sides of the aisle, the two old parties will vie in the storm of insults, half-truths, outright lies, and sound bites to hand in hand dissuade any talk of a third party. The poor will get lied to, the middle class will get lied to and the wealthy, the one percent that is mentioned every campaign will sit idly by knowing the outcome before the first vote is counted. There will be no voter reform, there will be onlookers at campaign headquarters, and the shrill squeal of debate will fill the air like Willy Loman being broken on the rack. The media will descend on New Hampshire and the states in the south will wonder if this is the year the candidates will actually care what they have to say.
